Rose Marie, do you ever get tired of seeing yourself referred to by 'his' on PH when a Notification says 'Rose Marie Juan-austin has made this poem one of HIS favorites? ? ? : )

ONE definition of 'PREJUDICED': 'The act or state of holding unreasonable preconceived judgments or convictions.' WHO GETS TO say WHAT IS 'unreasonable'? ?

I like the poem. But doing away with 'prejudice' (which I doubt will EVER happen as long as we a 'human') will NOT end all wars and lesser conflicts.: (

For example, sickle-cell anemia occurs mostly in African Americans, so it is an identifying characteristic of that race. Color covers the pigmentation of the skin.
