Out in the woods walking
amongst the pines. In the
beauty of life's springtime.
I was yours and you were
mine. So beautifully through
the shaded trees the sun
did shine. Now the willow tree
forever sleeps. And from now, , ,
until our hands touch and our
eye's again meet... My heart
shall cry out, ache and weep.
The cry of a wolf, the howl of the
wind, the call of a whippoorwill
with such sadness within...
More picturesque and brilliantly touching than I can say! The vivid imagery drops the reader right in the scene!
with love everything is beautiful and every time is springtime as well as without love everything is sadness
2) In your Poet's Notes, I initially thought that you were writing in Polish (first three words) . But I didn't recognize the last three because they are written in Czech. I interpret them to mean both romantic love and love of God.
The contrasts of emotions within the very vivid imagery of Mother Nature is spellbinding! Such an amazing poem!
I like your mention of the willow tree! I wonder, were you referencing the song 'Willow'? That is one of my favorite love songs of all!
