Vedas 8 - The Removal Of Pain & Suffering Poem by Geeta Radhakrishna Menon

Vedas 8 - The Removal Of Pain & Suffering

Annihilation of three kinds of pain,
Attainment of lasting joy is the ultimate goal of life.

‘Aadhyaatmika' means the physical and mental suffering
Caused by natural and intra-organic causes.

‘Aadhibhautika' means the physical and mental suffering
Caused by unnatural and extra-organic causes.

‘Aadhidaivika' means the physical and mental sufferings
Caused by super natural and extra organic causes.

How can these sufferings be eradicated?
How do you reach a state of equipoise?
How do you achieve ultimate happiness and peace?

The Upanishads are answers to all these questions.
You have to just wait, watch, read ahead with patience.
