Virgin Dream

Dotted with clouds
Which shall be
My moods...
Silver, grey and purple
(And black sometimes!)
But the background
Shall be blue...
Deep blue...
Like Van Gough's youth in pastel...

Such shall be
My love for you
Darling,
When I find you.

And our mutual dreams
In that vast joyous space,
Shall pair together in flight,
And mating on the wing
Give birth
To more dreams
Whom we shall call
Our 'Love Children'.

Such shall it be, my love,
Deep blue,
When I find you.

Six to be exact,
Multiply us by three!
Not one soul less;
Oh dear! there would be quite
A hullabaloo!
Quite a chaos
In our little nest
When the eight of us say to each other:
‘You love me and I love you.'
