Walking For Health Poem by Manonton Dalan

Walking For Health

tree shadows longer
it's becoming colder
I am still walking
along edges of forest
hearing chirping birds
rustling leaves; pretty
whispering shadows; scary

my heart beats faster
inhale, exhale every step
feeling excited; loving it
every drop of sweat; victory
I am getting closer to sea
where fresh air uplifts me
