Wars Poem by Sandra Feldman

Wars

Rating: 5.0

War is a business,
Invented by man,
Slay, the other,
Take from him
All that you can.
Demolishment, destruction,
Brings to more than a few,
Immense wealth and satisfaction!

Profits are big,
Death even more,
But the provokers
Always keep open,
the bloody store.

WAR,
The cruelest, cruelty of man,
As victims gather,
In the forgotten sands of Time
For when, the ban?

Awesome and true. War is only for selfish material gains and profit. Kudos for that and the rhyming too. Nice to read from your poetic pen again.

Sandra, you make a seamless transition between business and war. That truly is reality, and you have captured that in verse. Really well done!
