Waterfall
Our love was as deep as the deepest ocean,
filled with emotion, passion, and devotion.
Years passed and I felt we will always be together,
sailing like a ship in the open sea forever.
But a gale hit and shook us over,
And suddenly we started drifting from each other.
I watched in horror as we began to part,
Trying to reach out; fighting the currents with all my heart.
It was far to late, as you were no where to be seen,
and now I can only dream of what could have been.
For our love vanished in the mist of it all,
like a ship lost at a waterfall.
