When Poem by Eric Cockrell

When

Rating: 3.5

When we make love...
Does God weep?
Does the earth stop turning,
For a holy instant?
Do words find meanings?
Does night name need?
Does the wind come a knocking,
On the door that doesn't exist?

Does time expire?
Do thoughts undress!
Does empty carve windows,
In the soul of heat?

Time unfortunately waits for no one, but if man keeps destroying the world time will definitely expire. A great poem.
