Where Are You - Poem by Daniel Lloyd Kennedy

I need your words so carefully chosen,
Mindful of all you feel you've forgotten,
Please say the words and remove any doubt,
It's time to let your true feelings out.

I need your love, to set my life free,
Time is the lock, your heart is the key,
Help me please won't you? I need this release.
Talk to me gently, answer me please....

I wander all day, I feel so alone,
I do the work, I answer a phone,
My thoughts of you, are snipets of time,
You say to me, 'that time is not ripe'
