So I've never been to school
And don't know much about science or maths
But I know how to count things
Yeah, I know how to calculate my earnings
I may not know the Bible too well but I know God knows me better
Than anyone else may think they do
I may not know much of the person sitting next to me
Or the one that passes by me
And yes, I may not know the real meaning of wisdom
And whether or not it's suppose to affect my speech freedom
But I don't think that it can be imparted into one's mind
By giving them a taste of your fists or whipping them like a donkey that refuses to be moved
I think it's teaching in a calm voice
When they give attention by choice
Like a stranger who stops you along your way
To tell you a word of how to
Relate to, other people wherever you go to
No matter who that person is
No matter what the age is
For Jesus spoke with wisdom in his early life stages
And elders spared some time to listen to the little boy's words
That is what I think is wisdom
That is what I feel is wisdom.

Wow! Great poetry, Kondwelani. You may like to read my poem, Love And Iust. Thank you.
Nicely penned sense of the inherent force of wisdom and so much that many strive for through education actually being simple in one's heart and in a dialogue with God and religion.
This poem has not been translated into any other language yet.
