World, don't pin me down,
Put no weight on me,
Let not those stressing problems,
Usher in such agony.
World, don't hold me back,
Put no reins on me,
Let me open up my heart,
And learn how to be free.
World, don't be too harsh,
Put no pain on me,
Let there be no sharpness,
To pierce my dignity.
World, don't be so sad,
Put no gloom on me,
Let my spirit rise up high,
And bring joviality.
World, don't sap my strength,
Put no drag on me,
Let it build and give support,
And create stablility.
World, don't steal my smile,
Put no doom on me,
Let me always find the joy,
In everything I see.
