Your Kiss - Poem by Jeannie Anglin

Your kiss makes me weak
With your touch I can’t speak
Your stare takes my breath away
With you, do I dare play?

Every little touch, every little kiss
I hope I never miss
The attention you show, the look you give
Part of your world is where I want to live

The dreams of yesterday
Are all but gone away
No longer looking for love
I missed the sign from above

Love is just a dream
Never meant to be real
It makes me want to scream
Will my heart ever heal?
