Zenith Awaits The Sunrise Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Zenith Awaits The Sunrise

I-n early morning light
R-ising sun meets the sky;
M-idnight moon and stars
A-re not wondering why.

D-ay twenty-fourth November,
E-vening shadows fade away;
L-onely night and cold chill
A-re turning into new day.

C-rimson rays have brought
R-eflection to your eyes;
U-sing the wide blue lane,
Z-enith awaits the sunrise.
