Zenith Brightens Your Birthday Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Zenith Brightens Your Birthday

M-orning March thirty-first
I-s beginning to break;
E-arly light has come up, clearly making no mistake.

D-awn Friday has broken,
E-rasing the forlorn twilight;
L-onely dusk is over,
A-s well as the darkest night.

C-old chill passes by,
R-ain in torrents fade away;
U-nderneath the blue sky,
Z-enith brightens your birthday.
