Turn from colors dark to bright,
One for fear and one for strife,
Many tell the story of a battered life.

Colors all in array
A story told today
Of the brave patches we say,
Bravo, while the dark ones still stay.

Big, to cover a bed
Warm, for cold nights said.
How will it be used today?
