मेरे घर के बाहर - Poem by Rajnish Manga

मेरे घर के बाहर
गोलियाँ चल रहीं थीं
मैंने सोचा –
शायद कुछ लोग
शौकिया तौर पर
खून खच्चर में व्यस्त हैं
और
मैंने अपना ध्यान
उस ओर से हटा लिया.
इस बीच एक गोली
मेरे दरवाजे से टकराई
मैं बौखला उठा
पर यह सोच कर
कि यह गोली
शायद मेरे पड़ौसी के
घर पर चलायी गई
पर सम्भवतः
इधर छिटक कर आ निकली
मैं अपने काम में
पुनः व्यस्त हो रहा.
सहसा तभी
एक गोली मेरे दाहिने कान के करीब से
सनसनाती हुई निकल गयी
मैं कांप उठा
(भय से नहीं क्रोध से)
मेरे नथुने फड़कने लगे
मैं बन्दूक ले कर बाहर निकल आया
मैंने देखा
वो लोग जा चुके थे.

    Absolutely.... though humans are social animals but in modern days we like to avoid all of our responsibilities towards society. Humans have become so self centred that they don't protest for anything until the stone hit their individual identity. (Report) Reply
