A Beautiful Dancer Of Ndolalak Poem by Ayatullah Nurjati

A Beautiful Dancer Of Ndolalak

Rating: 4.8

Call it Tari is an Ndolalak dancer
A beautiful face that is single and becomes the target of many married men and single men
Her tomboyish stature doesn't reduce her grace when she dances
The shorts that cling to her thighs are in sync with her tan skin

Not because of ethics and logic, but because of the elements of art that are inherent in her where she was born from a family of artists, her mother is a Javanese sinden and her father is a ketoprak player
Klobot, the Sintren Cigarette that she smoked while dancing took off the desire of thousands of viewers' eyes
The sway of her plump body gives her a graceful impression
Whoever you are, you will be amazed at the attraction

Beautiful poem. The poet has introduced the Ndolalak dance form and a sensual image of a female dancer. Good poem.

This poem offers a vivid portrait of a dancer named Tari, focusing on her physical presence, her art, and the effect she has on those who watch her.

The narrative on Ndolalak dancer Tari emphasizes her physical appearance and male attention over her talent and cultural significance, objectifying her and overshadowing her artistic mastery. translate

It illustrates how art transcends conventional ethics and logic, showing that artistic expression can evoke admiration and emotional responses that go beyond superficial judgments.
