A Mixture Of Memories Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

A Mixture Of Memories

Rating: 5.0

Fresh are the daisies,
That sweet gift from you,
Soft is the grass,
Touched by the dew,
Gentle is the breeze,
That touches my face,
Tender is the night,
In your warm embrace,
Lost is the moment,
As you walk away,
Fine are the memories,
Of that sunny day,
Here to remind me,
As the sun peeps through,
From the grey morning clouds,
Im so missing you.

So very well expressed and far reaching! We feel your sad sentiments and sad lonely regrets. The loneliness is real and so deeply and poetically felt. Top marks.
