My enemies plot against me,
don't wish me to be free.
They denigrate my roots,
put me under their boot, but,
I am loved I am cherished
I am valued I am appreciated
People want to be with me
I am the light i am the love.
My enemies are full of hate
They do not like my state
They denigrate my home
Wish me to leave alone, but
I am loved i am cherished
