A Secret That Seeks For Clouds
I wish I could find the right words
and my lost courage..
I wish I could tell you how much you mean to me
and that days seem lifeless with out you
because when you are around I have a genuine smile
and I feel optimistic as if the whole world belongs to me.
I don't know what restrains me
on sharing my love with you,
especially when I seem to gain wings in your presence
and I feel proud for myself for a change
just because you like me as I am.
And as the time passes by
breaths become even harder to take
as if a weight is placed upon my heart.
And nights are long without your goodnight
and rainbows are grey when you are not sitting next to me.
Extend your hand to me,
make these wings mine
and this smile permanent.
