A Trickle Of Thoughts - 63 Poem by Rose Marie Juan-austin

A Trickle Of Thoughts - 63

Rating: 5.0

How can we live in a nation
with no ray of sunshine:
where corruption is like the tentacle
of a giant octopus that strangles
and the threat of war
is like a storm cloud loomed
on the nation's horizon?

I agree sadly the evil within leadership in some nations at times is like the grasping greedy tenacles of a giant squid, with powerful prey seeking grasping tenacles they attack sought victims, with cruel beak merciless ravenous they feed on victim flesh nations
