Airing Out Your Paranoia - Poem by Tim Kimball

The child cries out,
And is not soothed;
Left to its own devices,
It crawls out into the wilderness.

The creatures stalk,
And prowl the scent
That invades their senses,
Folding into rage.

Empty sounds,
Surrounding the constant waves
Of constant fear,
And growing anxiety.

Live here,
Or there -
No matter,
As you’ve been caught unaware.

He travels his own path,
And lays waste of
The eyes of the outsiders…
He knows where he’s going,
Deeper into the space of time.
