Amber Is Beyond My Sky - Poem by Uriah Hamilton

I gaze over the horizon,
I know that Amber is beyond my sky,
Childhood is sadness and grief
Pounding at the little door
Of her heart.

Read Li-Young Lee
And know
There are many lovers
Separated by distant cities.

And small villages too Uriah! Don't forget me man! lol I am terrible these days, in sadness I always seem to joke! The sadness and grief of childhood you speak of in the poem, is the root of most of our problems, imo Us being sad poets and other such messed up folk. A really full poem. Thanks for it empathy,10 from Tai, never out of her minds eye. (Report) Reply
