Before Its Gone - Poem by Sandra Feldman

It's hard to write
A good poem,
A lot said,
In small space,
With very little ink,
But that should open
Links that make you

Poets are stingy
With their
Face to face,
They want to make
No thoughts go
To waste,
They want to reach
Quickly, the heart
Of all matters
And sum up the total
Before inspiration
Just fizzles,
Or shatters.

The attribute of a great poet is to pen in all situations with joys and tears... I feel you possess that quality! A great short work....10 (Report)Reply
