Being Together ~
Our love was never the sunshine or rainbows,
It always walked through the mountains and valleys,
Took a swing when the wind was strong and stormy,
The rains never intrude our being together,
Nor the rough weather on the ship, we sailed in high seas,
We weather together when it withered,
And made energy from the windmill of emotions,
To gallop on the relation, we nurtured in wildness,
Now when we see the dogs and the horses together
In the party room we laugh out loud and share our pie.
Lovely poem and i think this is true love that kept you both together dispite all odds you both made it. Good one sir. Sir please check is it We weather together when it withered...i couldn't get the exact meaning there.
