Beyond Repair Poem by LeeAnn Azzopardi

Beyond Repair

Rating: 5.0

I feel weak
I can barely stand and walk
And can't tell anyone
My doctor thinks my heart
But I know I am lacking
Something, but I don't know what
He'll run a battery of test
And find there's nothing
He can't find out what it is
He doesn't look at my mind
My assumption is that loneliness
Has me again
My heart is broken
Broken, beyond repair

Aw poignant sad feelings, but let poetry and God keep you company dear since your poems are so wonderfully expressed. Kudos!

There are times we feel this way when loneliness wraps our very being. A very touching and poignant poem. My heart goes to you, LeeAnn. I hope you feel better.

I think I made a typo. That last line was supposed to read: 'I'm sending up prayers for your good health.'
