my new bonnet is putting me to sleep
longer than I should, I am wondering
I should have this kind long time ago
thick with Chinese fur and strap too
I got on clearance; maybe nobody wants
lying with all those give away stuff

it was spring weather that time I think
people in shirts, shorts and pretty dress
that was few days ago, now we have snow
blizzard I heard on radio, would it come
I don't know but I am ready with shovel
hot chocolate, thick jacket, patience too
