Blind Blind Blind - Poem by Sister Stories
This wasn't planed, God must have wanted it this way
God wanted me to find her half naked body in your arms
My eyes filled with wonder, watching the birth of my darkned heart
In the line of battlefield ripped apart, frozen to the ground so dumb..
After I watched myself become a lie, I disappeared in the colour of her eyes
Shes so beautiful.
The sun must have closed its eyes, forever stuck in this darkness
My heart staining the perfectly white walls
My fingers desperately clinging to the edge of sanity
Clinging onto what I never had, insisting on losing even more
Her numbing perfume in the air brought me back
I still remember the taste of your skin
Your fingers running down my back
Your insanely perfect body, your over sized lips carassing every bit of me
Your love isnt for me.
Your words burning every bit of me like flowing acid.
I have to leave, with parts of me stiched up I have to run
Your child in my womb
your child in my womb.... how can such a curse give me such a blessing...
I feel trapped.
Like a slave longing to be free, my internal strength being tested.
