Breath Of The Divine Poem by Captain Cur

Breath Of The Divine

Rating: 5.0

Beyond the margin of the bay, outspread
where sea grass drinks and forms a shiny bed
swaying in unison anchored to their roots
in silent beauty bears to us their fruit;
nourished within this alcove's tender keep
simplicity bountiful and deep,
above spindly branches form hidden dens
mangrove forests carved by the ocean glens,
hidden delights, a warm and husky scent
fresh joys that heal the wounds of discontent;
to be in kind with this world forever
mortal earth becomes a lesser heaven,
in calm prescient orbit, unhurried,
bound by excellence, uniformity,
in keeping with its masterful design
bonded in spirit by a breath of the divine.

Taking our mind away from our discontent and problems to look at Nature’s simple beauty is breathing a breath of divine. Thanks for sharing such heartwarming, simple yet elegant seaside beauty.

Where sea grass drinks and forms a shiny bed beyond the margin of the bay there the silent beauty sparks giving divinity. Bonded beauty of divinity is well reflected in this poem. An excellent poem is very well penned is philosophical poem.10
