But My Eyes Poem by Manonton Dalan

But My Eyes

Rating: 4.8

… twirling key
on my hand
reminds me
of you, gone
was like yesterday
in jungles full of honey
bees never bit me
but crawl all over
especially when
we are together
they sing melody

to my ears; it’s absolute beauty
even blue sky could envy
pouring her tears, rustling
on treetops, deafening
we end up running for shed
and end up to softness
of a bed.

how beautiful that was
i could feel my hands clasp
my eyes look up
but all is empty; but my eyes

Parting is such sweet sorrow and sure leaves the eyes drowning in tears a theme that happens so often...well said, regards
