Butterfly - Poem by Per. Nig.

Im homeless
As wonderer as dandelion
Lead me, butterfly!
Over the rainbow gate
Where my lover lives
Among roses
Waiting for me

What an absolutely beautiful poem. These few lines say so much in such a lyrical way. Do you know how spiritual butterflies are? I would eventually like my son to make a movie (he is a film maker) of the profound experience our family has had with a butterfly. This poem touched a special spot in my heart...

Your poems are rich in imagery from Nature. They are deep delved in mysticism of Coleridge with Wordworthian appeal. (Report) Reply

Butterfly... 'sigh' one of the most colorful and the most beautiful creature God ever created. Is a very colorful poem, so vivid, another jewel from your writings. Well done (Report) Reply

This poem is filled with beautiful, colorful images, giving the message to the reader that our souls roam freely in search of the 'significant other' who can add color (life) to our world. Well done! Beth (Report) Reply
