Calm Haiku - Poem by subodh pandey

A retreating bird
Slithers past the evening moon
Calm trail in young eye.

Poet's Notes about The Poem

Often in the evening I walk holding my daughter in my lap; a moon and bird calms her and bring
joy first and then sleep to her and soothes me.
