Don't flaunt faceless anger in open air.
Wellcome your private tears for neighbour's pain.
May have a happy end at an undertaken... campaign.
The poem reminded me of all that is going on with U.S. Election. In the world of T.V. And media private sharing of pain has been lost. Enjoyed the poem and loved the photograph.
Thank you, dear Savita.Th e last decades of western countries where the standard of living raised up so high abruptly, attitudes and feelings were corrupt by arrogance andsometimes even impudency or indifference for the sufferings of the the person living in next door.On the other had those participating in power have many profits to share that they soon get corrupted. The rich countries do esploit the poor ones evev with wars, as Bush[ Tseney, Ramsfeld] made in Afganistan and Irac. The world gets in turbulent and turmoil, poverty rise up......We have to to be taught the human solidarity, beginning from the families and schools.Thank you, dear.
We need to have more compassion around the world to make it a better place.. People need to be less judgemental and more honest. Thanks for sharing Dimitrios. As Kelly said, the virtue of simplicity makes this poem a wonderful read..
I must confess, dear Kelly, that it is owing to personal encouragement that I am so active in PH.I enjoy it and LOVe your kindness.THANKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

Your opening two lines fulfill your goal to humanize the process of politics. I found the second one especially moving: tears are often dismissed as weakness, losing control but in this case they are the outward sign of an inward reality, that is, loving your neighbor as yourself. The highest altruism. And your denunciation of a show of anger is so timely in our current American political campaign, Just two words cinches it: Donald Trump (!) And picking a fight with a Pope who names himself his model St. Francis of Asissi? ! That is just bizarre.
