Color Me Autumn Poem by Almedia Knight-Oliver

Color Me Autumn

Rating: 5.0

Cloud and gloom hang low
Sunshine nowhere in sight
Herein lies autumn mood

Fallen leaves make beds on the floor
holding onto the leaves that's left
and thanks to these old dry limbs

Color despair and sadness
with a coat of hope:
'Winter an etching

Spring a watercolor
Summer an oil painting
And autumn a mosaic of all'

What a luminous work of art
I'm falling in love with Fall!

one of my favorite seasons of the year

Autumn touches ‘…Autumn a mosaic of them all…’ and the mosaic with all its valor in ‘Lows’ and makes ‘Low’ great Melancholy has a mellowed soothing beauty and its reflected poetically in terms of season…thanks Ma’am Voted 10 Ms. Nivedita UK
