Darkness In Mayanmar Poem by Jinnuraine Jaigirdar

Darkness In Mayanmar

Rating: 5.0

We are living in a dark age,
Soldiers are performing in the stage;
Military junta is wreaking havoc in Myanmar,
Civil society In the midst of aimless murmur;
No chance to think about the future,
No aspiring dreams to honour;
The autocratic, haughty emperor in power,
Living in a shameless arrogant roofing tower.

Armed personals with hands outstretched,
Strangulating the throat cruelty clenched;
The life under a dictator in angry temperament,
Must fight, must break the arrogant cantonment;
World civilization must come forward to hold the hands,
Free abode to be built in the distressed lands.
