Nor would it do so simply upon my request. Determinacy is such, that I think even my own thoughts don't arise because of my appeal, but because of causality at a quantum level

Between causality at a supposed quantum level and human action [thought] isn't it the first step for humans to recognize the two- dimensional ditermination of the nature conceived that surrounds us?
