Demise Of A Beaver

That beaver has cut down a tree,
but it fell right ON him, you see!
You could tell from the start
he was not very smart;
I would guess that on that we'd agree.

So a bunch of his friends would decide
the manner in which their chum died.
Had there been a crime?
They debated some time
and the verdict was this: CHEWICIDE!

Chewicide indeed! Good one. I guess it happens, but I think beavers really are smart.

That's life, Kumarmani. That's what beavers do. They cut down trees. The sad thing is that some of them really do kill themselves but having the trees fall on them. There were many other pictures that I could have chosen that showed dead beavers crushed by trees, but I didn't want to actually show those!
