Destruction Poem by Tiffany Rose Moczydlowski

Destruction

Tears ravage her salty cheeks
Which she washes off
When she drowns,
Opening up to free herself
But unable to cope
With emotions very well.
Any slight joy
Just reminding of
A pain and guilty pleasure.
Just shows how she's never
Felt this way.
Steeling her mind,
She'll run away from the razor...
Delivering herself to
Another searing pain.
She knows escape is
Just around the corner
But is too wary to
Accept peace.
Not trusting her thoughts,
But not trusting any ease.
Why does she do this?
