Disagreements - Poem by Tiffany Rose Moczydlowski

He says I don't deserve this pain
I say I've done terrible things
He says my life should be happy
I say it never could
He says he'll be there
I say no one has or can
He says I'm an amazing person
I say I shield him from my horrible thoughts
He says I can be fixed
I say I'm too broken; time to be replaced

Every minute of every day is another chance to start again. Think about it - it is in the moment of decision that the world changes.
    What, exactly is 'too late'?
Change - or decide not to change.
    Either is a decision.
    Choose your own way.
