Dimming Of The Horizon Poem by Manonton Dalan

Dimming Of The Horizon

Rating: 5.0

i see stealthy waving
tentacles of thirsty heart
i seek cover behind
the canopy of flowering trees
yet your glimpses can penetrate
slowly melting block of ice

bright rays off mountain peaks
came alive to speak freely
but too deaf to hear
too focus to remember

a glance at soft sliding limbs
beneath silky cover of bloom
reflecting your rosy smile
amidst daffodils covered hill

yes, a long way from heaven above
prancing to tune of dream love
i must wait the dimming of the horizon
and secret of those breeze of afternoon
