Dream Me Poem by Jahan Zeb

Dream Me

Rating: 5.0

Can all your smiles be only mine?
The moonlike face can on me shine?
Can I be the breath of life yours
Dream me, dear lady; I wanna be your dream

If I sleep soon, you change your sides
Restless in the heart, angry like the tides
Can I be the joy in all tough times?
Dream me, dear lady; I wanna be your dream

Early in the morning the sun in the window
Sends his rays on you and your afro
Lay you, hand yours, on chest mine
Dream me, dear lady; I wanna be your dream

Can all your waves be only mine?
When I leave to work leaving hand thine
Wave hand and smile, come soon say the eyes
Dream me, dear lady; I wanna be your dream

Can all your waits be only for me?
On all my returns can you there be?
Then hold my hand and make me some tea
Dream me, dear lady; I wanna be your dream

This is such a passionate expression of love! Is it just an infatuation or a stable longing for a permanent bond? Let Jahan remain in her dreams as a never dying inspiration! Wish you all the best!
