Enyo Poem by Christopher's Dead

Rating: 5.0

Drink the devil, kill the light,
Consecrating hellish fights.
Seep into the underground,
Wear your conscience, live the sound
Of deafening quakes of earth,
Sicken, never kissed the dirt.
Make them humble, scream I could,
Just because we can doesn’t mean we should.

Crawl into your own deep mind,
Wrestle beasts that you do find.
Everything must come to rest,
Cry your eyes out, blood of chest.
We’ll slash you ‘til you’re sobbing and
We’ll kill the more and more again.
Power we seek, nothing but greed,
Do we feel stronger after we’ve done the deed?

Living in darkness, waiting for
Armageddon to take us home.
As long as we know the world’s to end,
Who cares what we do ‘til then?
Let’s eat our children, let’s make a fool
Of all our enemies, they were so cruel.
And as for caring for peace and love,
This is what we want because…

Killing for the pleasure,
Face of dust,
Grace the youth with sacramental
Dreams of lust.
Make them humble, make them die,
You know they believe in afterlife.
Coursing through and true,
We love the hand
Of death.
