Everyday - Poem by Danielle Moll

Everyday i see you
And everyday this hurt intensifies
As i try to keep these feelings inside
Everyday is harder
Because everyday i see you there
Smiling your beautiful smile
Flipping your pretty hair
I try everything in my power just not to stare
Or look into your eyes
For i get lost in those deep pools of blues and greens
And i get trapped in my mind
Of what use to be
I think of the wonderful days
And those perfect nights
And what might be today
If our love were still alive.
