Fading Away Poem by Evelyn Judy Buehler

Fading Away

Rating: 5.0

The misty evening will be departing soon,
Leaving but a memory of the summer moon;
As the sunlit halls were golden for a day,
Then Sol died of grief in a dusky display!

Moments dance by with the memory of rose,
It's petals scattering by, as the wind blows;
And days grow fervid, and the days grow cold,
While the bloom of youth finally grows old.

The lavender sky has once more turned to blue,
Yet last evening's recall, still rings so true,
And smoke drifts by, on its mysterious journeys,
With the echoing sounds of beloved melodies!

Moment By the nano second Gives birth the pearley memory Dawn light to dusk dark Night moon to day sun Sparrow chirping to owl sombering sight Happiness to sorrowful life Hate to love..... Everything is glory of moment... Nano second Some are faded away into abyss of memory Some are enjoying glory

Witty and insightful quatrains elegantly embellished with poetic rhyme and rhythm. A beautiful work of art. Thanks for sharing, madam.

You seem to be a gentleman and a wonderful poet but please don't be a blind supporter of Robert Murray Smith...It will create negative impact upon your personality..All the best
