Fireflies (Haiku)
Deep in the grotto,
On lost forgotten treasures
Kindlers shed some light.
The haiku is set in an ancient grotto for which it has been long since bidding human visitation farewell. The irony entailed here is that on these ancient treasures, upon which seldom shed is light, nature's torchbearers have shone some. "Shedding some light" herein is an idiomatic metaphor or rather an irony (I can't decide which) .

Pregnant with insight and meaning! Where men fail, fireflies succeed in exposing the veiled treasures with their small torches.....! Even a speck of light can illumine the dark caverns! Excellent! 10 on 10
