Yes! ! ! ! I rented a movie from Amazon the other night because I changed my e mail I had to ring twice the first assistant could not speak English very well but insisted on keeping me on line. Second person was beyond abrupt I finally said forget it and put down the phone It took two hours and I still could not watch the rented film. It's over a year since I watched a film as I'm an avid reader and prefer reading. Anyway that was it for me. Though I agree it's helpful to see the humor otherwise I just get mad

I sometimes wonder if this is a form of pre-training for Hell! You know I keep ringing up these numbers and I'm always at queue position ONE.. When am I going to be promoted to Queue position TWO.

Hahahahahahahahahaha... if only they would be so honest. We know they're sitting at their desks filing their fingernails and applying nail polish and aren't about to smudge their fine works of art by answering a pesky phone call - - they probably even smirk at the ringing phone, feeling their sense of control expand with every ring.... don't worry, though, Tom, they will get theirs when they call a business and are put on hold. mahahahahaha

But will they learn from the experience? Probably rub them up the wrong way so the next customer suffers! I like the phrase.. We know you are waiting very sadistic! Yes, they wouldn't want to ruin their artwork!
