Give yourself time to start to crawl,
Using feet as well as each hand;
Try to slowly move with caution,
Allow your mind to understand.
Give yourself time to stand your ground,
Against the wind of evil lies;
Just weather the typhoon of life,
Let the bright light open your eyes.
Give yourself time to walk the mile,
Reaching your goal toward success;
Extra effort fills the vacuum,
Never let life be in a mess.
Give yourself time to spread your wings,
Soaring high with intensity;
Fly to the moon and touch the stars,
Be the real best that you can be.
It truly takes optimism
To make a brave courageous climb;
Don't be afraid to see setback,
Be patient and give yourself time.
