Happy Flower Hibiscus Poem by Kesav Venkat Easwaran

Happy Flower Hibiscus

Rating: 5.0

O, Happy flower, Hibiscus!
I noticed you, the morn
Beaming bright and bathed in snow
How charming you there shone

Muttering with the tender wind
You were dancing there- all smiles
I now find you spent and pale-
The midday sun- went wild?

Who withdrew the hue in you?
The One that brought you here-
The One that made you bloom here-
The One that gave grandeur-

Goodbye, dear Hibiscus,
You have made my day!
I won't find your smile this way
On your stem the next day

A very lovely poem. Liked how this poem was crafted. An interaction between man and nature. An astute observation on the wonders of Mother Nature. Beautifully written.

Drizzling snow on hibiscus makes it bloom bright. Splendid beauty is a welcoming scene to capture the hearts of us!

Hibiscus is my favorite flower. The native and the hybrid both. Thanks for your nice words
