Ferdie just called
he told me about the nice things

yes, called from Gezellig Greun
I love that, such great, enormous support,

like every year they have friends
celebrate together
as the year ended
there was great coziness for everyone,
not one excluded

Ferdie just called
told so many nice things
and to say a blessed 2024 to us

we sang together last Christmas
the Silent Holy Night when the baby was born
this song was composed two hundred years ago
In Austria in 1818 by Franz Gruber
and written by Joseph Mohr

This is how Grandpa told the beautiful story of baby Jesus
Everyone listened attentively, including Vinh and Tuannie
repeated for them a few times
and the entire birth story of baby Jesus
fully told and repeated,
gives us all tremendous peace in the chorus

of the angel named Gabriel
he was sent to Mary to tell her
that she would conceive of the son of God
that's how we know the rest of Biblical history
we on Earth are greatly blessed
with this wealth that comes and is from God

Finally, Grandpa sang the Silent Holy Night very beautifully
And all of us in the chorus
This is how we celebrated Christmas together
Eating together and the presents under the Christmas tree
they were all very nicely wrapped
