He Left It Alone
Do an homage
to a part of the self
that leaves some mystery
why this not that?
Never give up
or be like that guy
the other guy
the one who never does anything
he loved his liver and wanted to share
but found himself talking to despair
So much desire was there
but he shrugged, ended up saying
'I can't see it, feel it, touch it
or play with it in any way! '
So he left it alone
Forgot about it
just walked away
failing to share
his legacy stays bare
This is interesting fine muse, i liked the despair line and legacy line a lot. We should all try to share, thoughts and gifts. Kudos. Plz do read and comment my newest poem too titled, 'mini earthquake experiences'
The truth of life, struggle is part and parcel of this life. Real morale booster to stay and fight.5***
